I know candles are not allowed but as incense doesn t stay lit. In my student days other students used incense to cover up the smell of pot. It is also not allowed in the dorm because of fire hazards but my incense burner is a water bowl with a pole for the incense specifically made so that your incense wont burn the house down. If i smelled incense from a dorm room that is what i would think first.
